This is a super combination cross braided packing specially designed with lubricated pure PTFE on the faces and special yellow synthetic fibre filaments on the corners. Due to its multifibre dense and homogenous construction the packing is most suited to all fluids including corrosive chemicals, even under extremely high pressure conditions. The packing has exceptionally good dimensional stability, creep resistance and non toxic. Packing will not provide extraneous stresses on plungers which damage both packing and plunger under high pressure conditions.

Service: Recommended for use in diaries, food stuff, beverages, pharmaceutical industries and refineries. A good packing for high pressure pump handling carbonate and ammonia solutions in the fertilizer industry, miscellaneous chemicals in the petro chemical industry, feed water pumps, etc.

Universal super performance packing duplex plaited form of sophisticated special fluro polymer fibre intimately bonded with graphite which will improve thermal conductivity and lubricity while retaining the quality of extremely low friction.The presence of graphite acts as a heat generated at the pump shaft or value spindle. Thus the resiliency and compressibility of the packing last long. This packing doesnot harden and runs cool. It has a low co-efficient of thermal expansion.

Service: The packing is recomended for oils and solvents, caustics, acids, dyes, chemicals, white and black liquor, wood pulp, detergent with the exception of strong oxidising agents, aqua regia, fluorine and fuming nitric acid.

The packing is made from longline natural figer yarn in square braided construction. The yarn is throughly impregnated during construction process with a non graphite lubricant and further surface treated with a special water resistant lubricant.

Applications: The packing is designed basically as a hydraulic purpose pump packing for cold water, sea water, river water in reciprocatory, rotary pumps as STERN GLANDS in shipping / marine industry.

Carbonel is a specially developed packing made from Carbon yarn reinforced with special quality inconel wire. Its inherent chemical stability, high thermal conductivity and low friction co-efficient makes it ideally suited to sealing applications involving high temperatures and pressures.

Service: The highly carbonised structure with metal reinforcement makes this packing suitable for high performance of superheated high temperature and pressure steam valves including main stop valves, control valves etc.

A 100% pure GRAPHITE yarn packing impregnated with a blocking agent Graphite Fibres do not harden or glaze at high temperature. With lubricating value of graphite, the packing is frictionless eliminating shaft wear. The packing has high heat conductivity, high temperature resistance and low co-efficient of expansion.

Applications: The packing has excellent chemical resistance . Application include valves, centrifugal and rotary pumps, mixers, agitators, at high surface speeds handling aggresive fuids such as acids, alkalies, oils, solvents, steam, hot tar 7 refinery services.

Present day gland packing manufacturing activities are concentrated on synthetic yarn sealing material. there are other natural fibres still play a versatile role with their unique properties. Prominent among them is Ramie an extremely strong top quality fiber of plant kingdom. To manufacture gland packings these fibres are uniquely impreganated with PTFE dispersion by a proprietary process and further treated with inert lubricant.

Service: The packing is duplex braided which maintains uniform density and compressibility. This natural fiber has very great strength than any other vegetable fiber. The rot resistance is excellent. This packing is having high resilience, flexibility, resistance to extrusion and abrasion low wear character. Heat build up is negligible due to low friction properties

This is a unique sealing material manufactured from special grade of 100% expanded pure PTFE by transforming into fibrous Structure. Flex-O-seal has a special peel of adhesive on one side. Though very tough, our ePTFE Flex-O-Seal is soft & suited to all types of flanges, covers and narrow cavities. Due to its soft and flexible structure this rope gasket is an ideal seal under pressure without significant cold flow even on irregular badly damaged or corroded flange surfaces. once bolted this gasket rarely needs to be re-torqued. FLEX-O-SEAL is easy to install and is able to fill in severe surface irregularities. The flexible applications of this product allows reduction of inventory of ready made gaskets/envelopes, thereby the term UNIVERSAL JOINT GASKET.

Macer ePTFE Gasket Sheet is made of 100% PTFE. Microstructure gaskets promise tight seals at high or low load, its isotrophic property makes low creep relaxation and constant deformation as well. Most sheet types you could find soft lite & rigid type.
